Pros :

1) Hard strong material
2)above medium plates
3) suited to a 15 cm height 5 litre cookers (internelly 15 cm, check height before buy) .

Cons:
1) misleading photos plates shown big.
2) suitable for 3 family members only since 4 plates 12 idlis .


Smooth soft idlis depends on us , adding little bit of cooking soda (baking soda) after grinding and proper time fermentation 7-8 hours .

I give 4/5 stars .

This is compact and makes quick idli , good packing and delivery was like a Breeze
