I don't know about benefits of this product yet but it's best protein in taste wise for pregnant ladies..my wife is a chocolate flavour fan but i ordered this and vanilla flavour tastes like ice cream.. She loves it. Their is bit problem of mixing...compare to Proteinx product, but give it a try.. Worth buying
