My complaint is in respect of non installation of basic Microsoft office software... While checking feature and price of product.. One is not expected to see whether Basic Microsoft Office is installed in it or not... This is basic thing without which no person can operate laptop.. They expect me to install Microsoft office For Rs 5000 in my laptop which I have purchased for Ra. 30490/-.. It is too much..
