when I got this product I was not satisfied with it. due to its ear cushions because of that my ears and jaws were hurting like hell after 15 minutes of use. I called flipkart told them all problems in details they help me with refund but I took my chance not to return it and later on I contact hyperx team with email and told my problem within two days I got reply from them that they are sending a not improved ear cushions.
