Dr. Sanjeev has treated more than twenty thousand patients of alcohol, heroin, cannabis, pills, cough syrups, inhalants, nicotine and many more addictions. He has also treated street children addicted to drugs and inhalants. His tryst with street children gave another dimension to his work. He worked with vagabonds, homeless, and unwanted children. The challenges faced while treating these populations have been a one of the driving forces to pen down the book. Dr. Sanjeev has delivered more than two hundred public lectures on de-addiction and psychiatry. He has presented many scientific papers on de-addiction and psychiatry at national and international conferences.
