The 1500 mcg is sufficient for those woh have b12 deficiency with other vitamins content,
And it effects fast in our body compared to other vitamins b12 supplements bcoz they don't give as much this product give the b12 content,I tried it within 7 days I got the best results my issues like oversleep due to yoning and eye strain cause water in eyes they all the solved.Best result all can take minimum 2 supplements in a day not more then that.
