There is no noise cancellation at all, I used my colleague's headphone which is much cheaper has very good noice cancellation. Mute button is juat for show, it doesnt work. Money wasted.

Battery backup just awesome, 💯 excellent performance. 👍

Noise cancellation feature is not good and you will find active noise during the call

At the time of purchase they said it is noise cancellation but it's not at all filtering any noise. The persons at the other end are getting a lot of disturbance.

I had a very good impression on Jlab brand till I purchased this one. This headset didn't meet the exceptions.

Majorily it has connectivity issues. It keeps disconnect during the calls, which embarrasses.
The sound and mic quality were very bad.

I thought it's a defective one, that's why I asked for replacement. After getting that replacement, it's confirmed that it's worst product interms of the performance.

Not at all worth the hype and price.

I did not receive the charger cables along with the headphones. Realised bit late,.please be checked. Performance wise it's just ok ok.

Product is good and purchased for my spouse. This is for her listening music, teams call etc. Sound quality is awesome and as of know there is no issue. It depends on person how he handle and use it in future.
