Ever since the origin of man on earth, different ideas have been arising in the mind of man about the reason for his existence. The sole reason for the origin of various religions and philosophies is also the curiosity of the human mind to know itself. The human brain is the most mysterious machine in the world, which is not a matter for anyone to understand completely, yet science is constantly trying to fathom it in its own way. Ancient Indian sages, especially the yoga tradition, invented 112 methods of meditation for human self-discovery, all of which were different paths to knowing the origin of one's existence, referred to as the soul. According to monism, I am the Supreme Soul i.e. Ahambrahmasmi or Tattvamasi i.e. You are the Supreme Soul, this means the vision of God in all beings, there is no spiritual idea higher than this idea in the world. When a person comes to this state he is called a Buddha or jivanmukta, which is also the highest goal of spiritual life. The fervent desire to know oneself is the beginning of a person's spiritual journey, which ultimately leads him to the path of perfection. This poetry collection "Kasturi Kundal Base" is a small effort in the direction of this self-discovery.
