It is average.

Heating power is average. Can not give you hot water for other purposes. It gives a hot water for bathing only. If you need sitz bath then this geyser is not your product. The water capacity of 1 Litre is too low to give a hot water for long time. It is okay for small families or single use but not good for huge volume of water.

Buy it only if you need hot water for bathing purpose only.
I would recommend 6L version of this geyser, which will fulfill all the purposes.
