The bottle came well packed in a tamper proof sealing. It is different from the images, doesn't have squeeze nozzle but a drop cap. The conditioner is not runny, so gives more volume. Has a nice pleasant smell which is not overpowering. Unlike conditioners from major brands, this doesn't give the airy finish to the hair.
