First I received the product ....used it for 2 days and then I was not getting good battery backup ...on checking I found the battery was of different company not of lapcare ...then immediately I placed replacement request and within 5 days I got the lapcare battery and they took the old one without any questioning. Now I am satisfied with the product becoz it's of lapcare....no other brand can be equivalent to lapcare incase of laptop accessories.
