amazing phone with small cons..!!
i have been using this phone for about 1 week , i must say that i am quite impressed by lava and here are the pros and cons experienced by me..
PROS
1 great display with asahi glass protection
2 good built quality
3 fast octacore cpu with a awesome benchmark score of about 28000 on antutu and 12000 on quadrant benchmark apps..also supported by one gig of ram out of which 500 to550 mb is available
4 looks resemble to iphone 5s
5 camera has a dual led flash which gives a better image and seco...

good buy
I really like this phone compare my previous phones intex and huaweui .camera is good and selfi is excellent depending up on the environmntal conditions .baterry backup is good for one day for heavily usage users .
touch is very smooth like silky and ram management is simply superb i install lot of apps after 1.1 gb is free on running mobile.

No Lollipop Update
I have purchased Lava Iris X8 (1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM) about 6 months back and yet there is no lollipop update available.
Rest overall phone is very good.

Am Impressed !
Lava iris x8 is a phone which can give nexus 5 a run for its money. Actually some of its features have surpassed the flagship google phone. Octa core processor is just sheer awesome. No lag and no hang issues ever. Smooth as silk while multitasking and best for all heavy games. Outstanding device. Battery could have been better though, but thats why i bought a power bank.

I have myself seen this product available in market with MRP - Rs.8000/- printed on the sealed Box. Why it is selling in Flipkart at a higher price......Flipkart please check it can be a costly mistake....
