I was having issue with this product and amplitude of sound was significantly less compared to same version of stethoscope of my colleagues. So I reached 3M customer care and as guided by them I sent the product to 3M team in Bangalore to be serviced as it was in warranty period. But surprisingly I got a call from them that it was not a original product and so they can't provide service for that. This was highly unexpected from Flipkart... Highly disappointed...
