(M-9600) FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system triggers Direct-on-Line starter’s “ON” switch which energizes pump motor when water level in overhead tank goes below the pre-set point and switches off the starter immediately when overhead tank fully fills up. The controller is so designed that it will trigger the “ON” switch of D-O-L starter with auto-re settable 3 seconds timer. Controller will separate itself from the said starter’s “ON” switch after 3 seconds leaving the starter to work independently through starter’s thermal relay mechanism which is designed and calibrated to provide effective protection against overload or short circuit. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The controller also has an option for starting pump motor, through starter, manually with one soft touch/press button, before water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch on, but it will switch off the said motor automatically when overhead water tank fully fills up. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank. MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCH: The controller, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensor-switch, concealed in a strong plastic box, which senses levels of water in tank without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause oxidation to the sensor-switch. Note: Wire to connect sensor with controller is not included in the package. Please use .5mm (3 core) wire for the said purpose.
