Perfect product!
My rating is only for the product not for FLIPKART. Product is excellent from a brand like Morphy Richards. Size, looks and the function are perfect for my requirement.
I want to give 0 star to FLIPKART.
But I am disappointed with Flipkart delivery team and Customer service. Customer service is at its worst. This guys are clueless and will put you on hold to disconnect the call. I received my OTG with a dent on one side. The delivery guy offered me 20% discount refund if I was ready to kee...

Just wow!
This OTG serves the purpose very well and baking made easy. You can bake 2kgs cake at a time. 26 cup cakes can be made at a single time. Overall satisfying and value for the money. Power consumption also moderate and it depends on how much time it is used for baking. So far used for own purposes but this otg has potential to use commercially as well if you are a home baker.

This is our First OTG so we have no idea at first how we will bake or grill but trust me it was really easier than we thought...one will have to learn first properly then they will understand how good this Oven really is...
*Good looks and steel body gives more royal look...

service of flipkart is very good, product came early as mentioned,packeging was good, after 3 days use, i can mentioned the pros and cons of the device.
pros, big space, good heat distribution, result of the food is good, cons are average build quality, keep warm function not available, no recipe book, price is little higher than 52 lt.

But now I can tell something.
Looks so beautiful. And first I prepared cinnamon bun. Comes out very well. And cake also comes very good textured.
But 52ltr has more function compare to 60ltrs. They showed in demo video cakes are baked in single line mode but in their booklet they are written in double line mode. So I confused.

Q:can be bake a 3 pcs cake mould of 10inch bigger at once/sametime??
A:No , as the inner dimension is 19 ".The steel rack is not user friendly.The centre support prevents placing tins as they wont be flat.The space on the skewer side is not wide enough.
