Adhere to the rules or face the consequence-hence MOSCOW RULES is quite an appropriate title
Book is good-but not excellent. The author was extremely partial while writing about Russia. It is a general Western approach-not expected from an author like Daniel Silva, who has given us brilliant books on Gabriel Allon. But Daniel loves Gabriel....I feel the author transforms himself into Gabriel and that makes this character so lively and loveable.
