It's actually a decent product and I like it, but the one minus point is that in the description it has clearly given the measurement scale but when I got it it has no measurement scale and I really needed that to pour the exact amount of water for my protein. If not the rest were fine but for those looking for a measurement scale I suggest you not to go for this. But if not it is totally okay for just carrying water... Also the price was a little high as compared to the rest.
