No instructions and no lancets though given on offer page

I thought the I get 10 lancets along with lancing device but they are not given though they are shown on the item page as 10 lancets. No clue how to open it. No literature, nothing provided. Waste of money. They have not properly indicated anything and it is is sent without lancets. So no question of even testing it. Trying for cancellation of the order and refund of money.
