Good, branded, genuine product. Works perfectly
We have been using it for a little over a month on a regular basis. The cord is long enough to provide enough maneuverability and portability of the machine. Saves a lot of costs vis-a-vis battery if you're going to measure BP on a regular basis. Although slightly more expensive than the unbranded chargers, this charger proved to be a boon for us during lockdown when very few options were available. So, according to me, the premium is worth the cost.

Best OMRON power adaptor for Omron products
Excellent branded Power adaptor from OMRON for Omron BP monitor, very compact and lightweight, nicely packed Original product.
Felt it was a bit pricey, could have been priced a little lower to about Rs 350/-, still a excellent product.
