It was like a thick, buttery cake and not really a cream; am not sure if that was intentional or the piece I received was dated.
It is buttery and moisturizes well. I have very dry skin and this works well as a body butter. I got a good deal so definitely put it down as a good buy.

My kid has lot of marks in his body caused by some allergy. I have already used one jar of cocoa butter and bought another one. It was really nice ,helping reducing the darkness of the marks and it is a very good moisturizer for kids as well as adults. It has a very good fragrance and using twice a day will definitely show a change.
