Useless product
The guy who did the installation was absolutely useless. The wire was not even connected. Not ready to listen anything from customer.I am not satisfied with the service. The electrician will not connect the wire inside one.

Did not meet expectations
Horrible experience. Switched on first time after one week of installation and there was no cooling. Called Panasonic and the service guy said that gas has leaked. Reason for gas leak is improper installation by previous Panasonic guy. Since the AC started cooling we ignored the mistake. 15 mins later there was water coming out of AC. Guy came again and said pipe not put properly by previous installation guy. Additionally, they broke my wall and now I have to get it fixed since there is no co...
