Its work but not Fully depended on this weight gainer
You have to take extra calories ..... Eat healthy fat... Extra
If you eat 3 roti in morning then you have to increase 4-5 roti....
Use at least 60 gram weight gainer power per day...
I gained my weight 55 -- 62...
