Luminous intensity is not so good in comparison to 18 Watt T-bulb.
Both side Caps of the 20 Watt T-bulb are Opaque hence light not passes through it so shadow appears on both side of the T-bulb on wall.
So it's my suggestion to replace both side Caps of the T-bulb as light passes through it or design may be change accordingly.
