Bought this product from flipkart. Though the product was delivered on time, it was an used item. Flipkart talks about genuine products and assurances, but looks like all talk and exactly opposite action.
I requested for return of the item, but having issues with that as well. Too much inconvenience of buying these electronic products online. I wish I had gone to the local store instead of flipkart.
