build quality is good. nice ergonomics, but no reclining option, it's a fixed back support...arm rest height cannot be adjusted, so if you are 175cm + in height, you may have to lower your shoulder to rest your elbow, that's gonna cause some discomfort.. longer hours of sitting would give you sore shoulder....besides, the frame is plastic, so the ideal pricing should be around 4K.. delivery was done as promised... packaging was good and instruction sheet for easy assembly..

Good chair but might feel too tall for some people. I am 5'11" and the chair's lowest adjustment feels tall for some reason. And the chair starts creaking randomly at times too. But overall comfortable to sit on and work/game for hours.

Slightly disappointed
My Recommendation is don't buy this product. Not comfortable at all to sit. The wheels are terrible. Overall very poor quality product. You will find many better option in this price. Don't buy it, if u do buy it you will regret.
