    • "Wing Commander Suhas M Shukla (Retd) graduated from the prestigious National Defence Academy, Pune. He was commissioned into the Indian Air Force, in its flying branch. He took part in 1971 Indo-Pak war. He worked at Sainik Schools, of AP, Karnataka, and Rajsthan , under the Ministry of Defence. He was also the Commandant of Bhonsala Military School, Nasik. Later, he set up the Royal Gondawana Public School at Nagpur. He was Honorary Secretary of the Indian Public Schools’ Conference. He has visited a number residential public schools of the country. Whilst working as the Commandant Bhonsala Military School, he was greatly influenced by the writings on the matters of national security of Dr BS Moonje, the founder of Bhonsala Military School. He started the Bhonsala Industrial Security Training Academy at Nasik. Later, he established the Institute of Industrial Security Management and Research at Nagpur.
