Mind-blowing purchase

Super fast.. Laptop boots in 8 seconds.. Photoshop opens like Google chrome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have been using for last 35 days.. Now I cannot switch back to HDD.

This Samsung SSD has completely changed my laptop. It boots up very fast and applications load very quickly. You can clone your existing hard drive using Samsung Data Migration software. The process was easy and simple. You can download the Samsung Magician software to check the health of the SSD. You run applications like Android Studio, this SSD will create magic for you especially when loading the emulator. I am very happy with the performance and recommend this product.

My Macbook pro mid 2012 was in state of no return with frequent lag and slow as tortoise. Even the thought of ditching my beloved macbook hurt me bad having served my purpose for 5 years. So I decided to give my mac a new life. I upgraded my mac hdd with samsung 860 evo 500gb ssd along with 2 no of 8gb ram.. the result is sweet. Literally It transformed from farm tractor to Bugatti Veyron.

Wonderful

windows startup in like 10 sec and shutdown as well. overall performance speed increased by nearly 10X. My Dell Inspiron was very sluggish with 300GB HDD and used to heat up a lot. now it works like a charm and heating also has come down. only processor emits little heat. a must buy product.

pros:-
1. quick response of every task like copy, extract file and multi taskings.
2. lite wait, low energy consumption and 0% noice
3. warranty is 5 year its good thing.
4. easy plug and play, no need to install drivers and software.

cons:-
1. ssd costly compare to hdd. much costly
2. if ssd little bit damage then not possible to recover data. evan we can recover data hdd.
