Utterly Disappointed

Please don't purchase this product. Worst product not working and no return policy. Please don't waste your money. I had very bad experience. Hard disk is failed in 10 days. This is refurbished product and there is no warranty from Seagate. As per my analysis all Seagate products (500GB) hard disk are refurbished.
