SHAMING OF DIYA is the story of Diya - a famous actress, and her stalker Tanuj, whom she calls her "Cheap Lover". Tanuj uses the internet to shame Diya by posting their naked video on the web with the caption "Apni Chute ka Dam Bata". The video goes viral and now Mumbai cops and cybercrime branch are after him. Tanuj finds himself in a detention centre waiting for his best buddy Fixer to come and bail him out. It is here that we see the mysterious world of hackers who specialize in erasing cyber evidence and are a nemesis to the Cyber Crime cell sleuths. Will Diya avenge her public humiliation? How does society feel about Revenge-porn as there are no strict laws to stop this phenomenon?
