The product was okay but it was one of the most rained day of year and it was practically impossible to go out. Kolkata is literally flooding. Please don't make the delivery boys work in this weather. I can wait for two or three days. They are same human being as us and they have family too. Personally I felt sorry for him. There's nothing much I can do. So I just wrote this. Hope you will look into it.
