Not Covered in Warranty | - Sulania Warranty Policy, Thank you for choosing Sulania. Please read the following warranty terms carefully, Warranty Does NOT Cover: Any kind of physical damage, Issues due to external factors like, Voltage fluctuation, Current surge, Exposure to moisture, Overheating, Slow charging, Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear, Products found to be in used or poor condition, Secondary products are not covered under warranty, Replacement Terms, Warranty is valid only once per product after proper validation. Only 1 replacement is allowed during the warranty period. The replacement product will not be covered under warranty. Customer must self-return the damaged product within 7 days of issue; after this period, pickup will not be arranged. Customer must courier the product to our Delhi office at their own cost. After inspection and approval, we will ship a new unit free of cost (excluding delivery charges). Customer is responsible for delivery charges of the replacement unit.
