He has published more than 15 research papers in various national and international Journals and conferences. He is a Life Member of CSI, and Life Member of Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata, India. He is a Chairman of BOS, BOE and Departmental Council and Academic Council. His research interests include digital image processing, pattern recognition and scene text analysis.
