The item arrived in sealed condition. The disc wasn't scratched on inspection but there was some kind of hazy smudge. I could not play the disc initially. It would get stuck and freeze. So I used Isopropyl alcohol to clean the disc and I was able to watch it without much difficulty. The dvd print was good and I enjoyed the film.
