Not recommended at all
Do not buy this Product. it stopped working with in a month. I contacted Toshiba regarding this query and they have been assuring me that a technician will contact me tomorrow. Now it's been 15+ days since i filled the complaint but everyday same reply and none comes to fix it. I will soon be taking legal action against this horrible customer service.

Q:Product Specifications says "Installation include 10 feet copper piping and wire"
We have to pay extra for copper pipe or it is included in installation charges ??
A:Yes .10 ft copper pipe, cable fr connecting outdoor unit and core hole drilling and drain pipe are in standard supply . I rec'd theese as std. Pl talk to FK team to ensure this befor supply.

A:No, the guy who will come for installation will fleece you for around 10,000 rupees. Make a mess of your house and fix the Ac but ruin the wall paint. NEVER BUY TOSHIBA AC
