About Jim Corbett

Edward James "Jim" Corbett was a British hunter and tracker-turned-conservationist, writer and naturalist. He is remembered for hunting a large number of wild tigers and leopards in India. A colonel in the British Indian Army, Corbett also wrote Man-Eaters of Kumaon and Jungle Lore.
