Fits well. I initially assumed it would come as a pair, but it's actually a single piece. I ended up ordering another one. I selected a medium size since my thigh measurement is 19 inches. It might feel a bit tight at first, but as you walk or exercise, the compression becomes more comfortable. It's slightly on the pricey side, but overall, it's a good product.
