This is the best stabilizer available within budget. You will get much cheaper than this but I am sure that will not work.
This started working when you voltage gets lower than 205_210V & even when the input voltage is 170V you will get OP at 230V .
Blindly go for it.. I am using it from last 1 month without any issue.

Initially I noticed that if the input voltage is above 206 i.e in between 206-225 nothing is happening and I thought may be it's not working and my money got wasted ! In the above case the input and output voltage is same. A:as you said your area voltage drops down to 100V then you should go for 90V-300V . And this one is only 130V to 300V .
