Absolute rubbish!
The product is only asthetic to look at. The build quality is very cheap. The plates don't close and while straightening it will pull your hair causing breakage. It gets heated on the outside too making it uncomfortable to work with. Go for Philips brand or cheaper options like Nova and Syska. This product is extremely useless
