Looks good and works but problem it that it does not curl the hair at all and takes a very long time to straighten the hair you should do it on some strand of hair for a long time to get straight so the problem must be heat of the hair styler is not strong enough!! And warning do not touch the outside of the hair styler when on you will get burned only touch the bottom part of outside near the wire
