Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel . The inner layer is made up of food grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. Worth every penny
I am using this kadhai from last 6 months , food doesn't get stick and burn in it because of heavy weight kadahi.The wooden or silicone spatula work best in it, once I used steel spatula in it and it got scratched .

Just okay
Every thing sticks to it first. Then the sides will get super hot. After that the sides will get super hot than the centre.
Little easier to clean but its super heavy. Look wise good. Its a 3000/- blunder committed by me. The rivets are not well done. Oil starts oozing out of them and runs down . Its very inconvenient to stir due to those rivets. Difficult to cook 1 kg chicken.

Nice product
This Kadai is really good for cooking and if seasoned well, it works like a non stick cookware. Since it is a stainless steel kadai, you have to be more careful while cooking. The only drawback is after first wash, there are some blueish marks appeared on the inner surface of the kadai. But overall a very good, sturdy and nice cookware.
