Just okay

It does the job, but it's difficult to insert and remove the battery. The processes require detachment of a part and it gets tightened. no informative manuals are provided, just a small sheet and you may not get much from it. I learned how to detach the portion from youtube videos.
Apart from that, the device is noisy.

Since it removes hair properly without cuts, I am giving it a rating of 3 of 5.

Hated it!

Rotten. They sent a pre-used product which had hair in it already. The product was defective, broken as well. The pathetic experience cannot be described. I have instantly cancelled all my orders with Flipkart and RetailNet. Contacting Flipkart customer care is diffcult, if you post a question they reject it, without even noticing the issue it is marked as resolved. Scaling up of volume has doomed flipkart.
