The storyline of this game is set after the events of Assassin’s Creed which is the second installation in the Assassin’s Creed series. Centered around the adventures of an expert assassin called Altair Ibn-La’Ahad, this game sees him travelling to Cyprus in order to take down Armand Bouchart, a man who is to become the next Grand Master of the Templar Order. Along with the assistance of a covert resistance who wish to put an end to the Templars due the oppression the common man has been subjected to by their hands, Altair sets out to slay Bouchart’s children first before slaying the head of the serpent. Also, he seeks the knowledge that is stored in a Templar archive which he learns about along his journey.

In the game, you see Altair performing death-defying acts of athleticism and acrobatics as he runs from one building to another in order to keep an eye on his target. An open world, you can move to your whims and explore the magical world of old. The controls have been improved in contrast to the previous release of this series. You must fit in among the masses and seem like anyone else so that suspicions don’t get aroused. With new assassination techniques and an in-game achievement system to further up the experience granted, Bloodlines is a must play.
