ASUS AMD APU Quad Core A8 7th Gen A8-7410 - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/DOS) X540YA-XO106 Laptop  (15.6 inch, Black, 2 kg)

I posted this review after 1 week of use. And the overall performance is very good , specs are awesome, no heating issue at all, battery backup is enough for daily need.

1) The main issue is with this laptop that its not supported more than 4gb ram.. it has only one slot of memory and cannot support even 8gb ram on one slot. This is the main con of this laptop.

2) The only issue is with laptop is pointing device, i dont like it all. Hp has much better pointing device.

Gd looking laptop with AMD processor...only reason to give 4 point rating instead of 5 is its battery works only for 3:00 to 3:30 hrs. Rest are owesome..charger is easy handle like mobile charger..hdd is 1tb, 4gb ram..processor is good but as it is AMD Serise so, need some cool places in summers...display is also gd..keypad nicely build with both numeric & alphabet words..overall all ok as compare to hp i3 laptop as i have both laptops..

Good looking notebook, but the hot air that blows by the continuously humming fan on ur left hand, is little bit negative... Otherwise performance and everything is pretty cool for normal home usage and business..

i am using this laptop. but at that price, performance is really good. i am using, heavily software like ARC GIS, this machine is doing well or display , sound, and design all are pretty good. recommended for buy this product in this range. Its awesome

As promised that the next purchase would be an Asus, i purchased this laptop. Sharing review after using it for two-three months now.
A good laptop indeed. Elegant screen, great sound, works well with Win10, and no heating issues till now. The keyboard quality is not that much good but you press keys in anger. Handle with care! And you may have to adjust the viewing angle sometimes. No worries, a must buy as a budget laptop.

Nice product.

The product was as expected, a bit underpowered but good enough for most everyday task like browsing and movies. Sound is above par, good for songs and movies though don't expect any bass. The screen is good, especially since it's not reflective. The USB C port may turn out to be useful by next year. I do expect to replace the slow 1TB HDD with a 120GB SSD. Windows installation was smooth thanks to the included Windows 10 x64 drivers disk, a big plus. It's not a Honda City, nor a Maruti 800, ...
