Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate  (for PS Vita)

The Dark Knight is by far the most popular caped crusader of them all. The alter ego of Bruce Wayne investigates the events that take place three months after Arkham Origins. The game is designed and made for the PS Vita and comes with a PEGI rating of 16 for simulated violence and strong language. It has been published by Warner Bros. Interactive entertainment and comes with both an engaging Single Player campaign as well as a Multiplayer mode. The action adventure game is best suited for Batman fans from the comics and the latest series of movie adaptations.

The story involves a mysterious explosion that has taken place at Blackgate Prison. This explosion results in the inmates escaping the compound and hostages being taken. This has also resulted in the prison becoming the stage for an epic rivalry between the Joker, Penguin and Black Mask. Each villain has taken a section of the prison and converted it into their stronghold. It is up to Batman to take them down one by one and free the hostages before it becomes too late. Along the way, he meets Catwoman and other key characters from the Batman universe along with a younger Captain Gordon.

The enemies in the game will define the kind of vigilante you become, guiding the Batman along a labyrinth of prison cells and dungeons in his noble quest. You get to experience the initial rise of the Dark Knight in a series of events set several years before Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.
