Full wastage of money & time!
The product is not worth buying. Though its display is satisfactory at this cost, other features are not so. Battery drains out very quickly, even when internet is off, requiring recharge in every 4-6 standby hours. At the other hand, with internet ON, phone is unable to take any incoming call; most of the calls go in log as Missed Call. NEVER BUY KARBONN MOBILE
I bought this 2 months back.
Since that time its under service.
What's worst is their totally unsatisfactory service centres who do not even give a job card. Then, there are 2 companies in Karbonn itself. God bless you if reach the correct service centre as service centres accept phones of that particular company only ( the customer never gets to know this).
Also, they refused to take phone bought Online.
Corparate office and service centres just passed the buck on each other. Even lett...

I purchased karbon A5* in 20/08/13 after one month it have so many problems came touch is not working properly means at vertical position like at time of sleeping if i use phone then touch does't working and another issue .

i brought this mobile on 26/10/2013 after 4 days mobile touch working itself automatically i filled a compliant in flikart they are take back my mobile then give a new mobile its also giving same problem so many user says touch working automatically i think its not a mobile problem its flipkart problem i think filpkart selling only rejected models of mobile like some local china market, bazaars., there was no service center available in all over india

ye flipcart site jo hame dikhti hai wo hai nahi kyu ki mene mehsus kiya hai mene mobile liya is site se uske 4 day bad mene complane ki lekin koi rispond nai mila or mene 3bar compalane ki to companise phon aya or mera folt nikal ke vapas nai liya ye site bekar hai.ab to mobile fek dene jaisa hai kyu ki yaha uska sarvice sentar to hai lekin yaha wo karte nai hai.
ap online kharidi karne se bachate rahiye.
