Football gaming will never be the same once you play Pro Evolution Soccer 2010. Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 was developed and published by Konami and was given a score of 8.1 out of 10 from IGN. This single-player/multiplayer football video game for the Wii console received a rating of 3 from PEGI. Also, PES 2010 is the 9th installment in the Pro Evolution Soccer series. Lionel Messi is showcased on the cover of Pro Evolution Soccer 2010.
Both defensive and offensive elements are affected by the new game balance system that has been incorporated in Pro Evolution Soccer 2010. Apart from overall stamina, players also have instantaneous stamina now which eliminates unbeatable runs. The player’s control of the ball and body balance will be adversely affected if sprinting is overdone. Certain attacking players can perform different A.I. feints in order to bypass opponents while dribbling. To reduce the space that opposing attackers are given, defenders will now have to think of how to close down on the former.
The newly implemented free kick system allows the user to see his or her shooting angle from the kicker’s perspective and targeting is achieved via the use of a pointer system; this allows the user to give more pace and swerve to his or her kicks based on one’s abilities. Neat new animations show players signalling for passes. The Master League and Champions Road modes make a return in this game as in earlier installments.
