FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system energizes monoblock pump motor (up to 2 HP) when water level in overhead tank goes below the preset point and switches off the motor when overhead tank fully fills up. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The controller also has an option for starting pump motor with one soft press button before water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch-on, but it will switch-off the said motor automatically when overhead water tank fully fills up. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank. MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCH: The controller, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensor-switch, concealed in strong plastic box, which senses levels of water in tank without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause corrosion/oxidation to the sensor-switch. EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor-switch in tank which can be connected, color-wise, as per sticker pasted above the connectors. This system is also suitable for Open Well pump motors with single phase up to 2 HP starters having only a run capacitor. LED INDICATORS: The system also has LED indicators for pump function and system on standby. CAUTION: This system is for controlling only overhead water tank, therefore, please monitor and ensure availability of water in reservoir tank to protect pump motor against dry-running. OPTION FOR LOWER TANK SENSOR-SWITCH: This controller also has an option to use/connect lower (reservoir) tank sensor-switch at any later stage, if so required. Only Sensor-switch for lower tank is required to be purchased separately. NOTE: Wire to connect tank sensor with controller is not included in the package. Please use .5 mm (3 core) wire for this purpose. WARNING: This is a 220 Volt (AC) product, must be installed by a trained Electrician only.
