The game is based on first person shooter platforms with elements of horror incorporated into it. The game mechanics are well designed while keeping with Bethesda’s signature style. You play as an Ark Survivor. These people are those with superhuman abilities due to a process of injecting nano particles into their bloodstream. This enabled them to evolve superhuman abilities during their century old stasis. The world has been gravely affected by a meteor that crashed on earth, decimating most of the population. When it seemed that humans were trying to come back up in the social order, bandits and common robbers started plaguing the settlers who had constructed small towns and communities. Those that survived have taken it upon themselves to reconstruct the lost civilization as it once was. The game is designed for the PS3 and has a PEGI rating of 18. This rating is mainly due to the high levels of violent action, strong language and suggestive themes.
