Not happy at all
This is my worst experience with Flipkart.
The issues started as soon as i ordered the product. Though the promised delivery time was 7 days, on 7th day i was told that the seller is not is not reachable. That too after i followed up. Customer support was so aweful that the only choice they have is to cancel the order. Never thought flipkart will not take any responsibility at all.
After multiple escalations, finally product was delivered on 10 day.
Now when i try booting it, the hard disk...

Not impressed
Whats good:
- Easy access to ram slot, switched the 4gb with an 8gb, made a big difference.
- Ubuntu is smooth
- Great keyboard has number keypad too!
- Free Bag that comes with the laptop is way better than the Lenovo bags
Whats not good:
- Terrible screen
- Wish it came with SSHD, a bit slow around the OS. i5 doesnt make much of a difference.
- Horrible build quality, sometimes when i rest my palm to type, it moves the cursor and clicks randomly, even when my palm is nowhere near the to...

decent buy
dell and flipkart will not provide any support for Ubuntu even if it is corrupt like in my case.
cons-
1. volume is too low .
2. mouse pad is ordinary .

Misleading information
I placed order for the same laptop but I received laptop with Core i3 processor. The replacement was done after 8days and I was told that that flipkart does not have the same laptop in core i5 configuration so i was left with no choice but to return them the product.
They also said that their portal is showing wrong information regarding this laptop! This is nothing but misleading the customers and harassing them.
