Ninja Gaiden is a fun and exciting game that manages to engage hard core and casual players alike. It is an action based game, published by Tecmo Koei for the PS3. The third installment of this highly successful franchise comes incorporated with some game enhancements as well as some twists and turns in its age old story. The game has been rated 18 and above by PEGI for its portrayal of high levels of violence. Though the game was initially developed for the Wii U, it was released for other consoles as well. This version is designed for the PS3.
You play as the enigmatic ninja assassin Ryu Hayabusa. He is always there to save the day and in one such situation, he finds himself in danger and gets cursed with the Murder Grip. This curse causes him to slowly die by being consumed from the inside out. To keep this from happening, he must periodically perform murders. The game comes with single player and multiplayer elements. This will keep players entertained for long hours.

a good improvement
no issues about the delivery& about the pros & cons of the game:
pros:
high speed action
versitality of playing characters
gripping storyline
different playmodes increasing the replay value
cons:
game is slightly more difficult than other games of the category.
nevertheless, this is surely a good improvement over the previous one & a good buy for every gamer

THIS GAME IS TOTALLY AWESOME
After trying it out for 1 hour I placed an order for Razor's Edge & I am really glad to have purchased this one instead of the original NG 3.
This is how the Ninja gaiden should be ... The gameplay is so fluidic, combos are really easy but this one is TOUGH.
Trust me ... Practice Sigma 2 & Sigma before trying the Razor's Edge.
You have to keep a calm mind...

fast is an understatement!
2) the story line is great as well.
3) great attention paid to the detailed of the fight scenes and other movie aspects too.
4) the only kink in the armour i could find was the difficulty level of gameplay. its epic (no doubt about that) but the enemies with time get a tad too difficult to defeat given the difficulty level chosen by the user.
